Viewzio Calendar lets you delete your account and associated family data at any time. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion — use the in-app path below, or contact us if you cannot sign in.
Delete your account in the app (recommended)
- Open Viewzio Calendar on your phone or tablet.
- Sign in with the email and password for the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings (gear icon in the app navigation).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation message and tap Delete account again to confirm.
Deletion is permanent. You will be signed out immediately after the request succeeds.
What we delete
- Your sign-in account (email authentication record)
- Your profile and family membership data
- Children and adult member profiles in your family
- Tasks, rewards, star balance logs, and invitation codes linked to your family
Data retention after deletion
Most data is removed when your account is deleted. A limited amount may remain for a reasonable period for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or encrypted backups. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Cannot access the app?
If you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, you may still request account deletion:
- Email the developer contact address shown on our Google Play store listing. Use the subject line Account deletion request and include the email address registered to your Viewzio Calendar account.
- If you still have the app on another device, open Settings → Contact Us and submit a deletion request with the same registered email.
We will verify ownership of the account and process deletion within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days).
Subscriptions
Viewzio Calendar v1 does not offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. No extra billing steps are required before deleting your account.

在应用内删除账号（推荐）
- 在手机或平板上打开 Viewzio Calendar。
- 使用要删除的账号对应的邮箱和密码登录。
- 进入 设置（应用导航中的齿轮入口）。
- 滚动至页面底部，点击 删除账号。
- 阅读确认提示后，再次点击 删除账号 完成确认。
删除不可撤销。请求成功后你将立即退出登录。
我们会删除哪些数据
- 你的登录账号（邮箱认证记录）
- 你的个人资料与家庭成员关系
- 你家庭中的孩子与成人成员档案
- 与该家庭关联的任务、奖励、星星记录、邀请码等
删除后的数据保留
大部分数据会在账号删除时移除。为合规、安全、风控或加密备份目的，少量数据可能在合理期限内保留。详见 隐私政策。
无法使用应用？
若你已卸载应用或无法登录，仍可通过以下方式申请删除账号：
- 发送邮件至我们在 Google Play 商店页公布的开发者联系邮箱，邮件主题请写 Account deletion request / 账号删除申请，并在正文中注明你注册 Viewzio Calendar 时使用的邮箱地址。
- 若你在其他设备上仍可打开应用，可通过 设置 → 联系我们 提交删除申请，并注明注册邮箱。
我们会在核实账号归属后，在合理时间内（通常 30 天内）处理删除请求。
订阅说明
Viewzio Calendar v1 不提供付费订阅或应用内购买，删除账号前无需额外取消订阅。
